Cynthia (Massey) Bazan, age 48, passed away on Friday, March 5, 2010, in a San Antonio hospital.

Cindy was born on March 26, 1961, in Kerrville.

She grew up in Kerrville and Richardson, TX.

She had been part owner of a beauty shop in Allen, TX until 1992.

She lived in Princeton, TX until moving back to Kerrville in 2007.

Cindy will always be remembered for her kind, caring, and giving nature.

She will be deeply missed.

She is survived by mother and stepfather, Mr. & Mrs. Robert Fahrenthold of Kerrville; father, Henry Massey of Ingram; grandmother, Mrs. Sibyle Jordan of Kerrville; daughters, Shannan Rogers of Princeton and Cristen Bazan of Kerrville; son, Jonathan Bishop of Hawaii; sisters, Melinda (Jeff) Culverhouse of Princeton; brother, Barry (Shawna) Fahrenthold of Kerrville; grandchildren, Jaiden, Jordan, and Jaylea Rogers, Myranda, D.J. and Karen Glover; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 7, 2010, from 6-8:00 p.m. at Grimes Funeral Chapels.

Graveside services will be held Monday, March 8, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. in Sunset Cemetery in Mountain Home, TX and Pastor Joseph Fegenbush will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Cody Ahrens, Chad Ahrens, Tommy Aaron, Alton Flores, Jason Flores, and Stephen Flores.

Memorials may be made to American Red Cross Hill Country Chapter, 333 Earl Garrett, Kerrville, TX 78028, or to a charity of one's choice.
