Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Angeles Catholic Church for Mrs. John (Mary J.) Raden, 94, formerly of 420 Eighth Ave. N, who died Sunday at Waite Park Nursing Home.

The Rev. Edwin Kraemer will officate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Friends may call after 3:00 p.m. today at Daniel Funeral Home. Parish prayers will be at 7:00 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.

Mrs. Raden was born February 14, 1891, in Little Falls to the late August and Katherine Brick. She married John Raden in 1910 in St. Cloud and lived most of her life in St. Cloud where she was formerly employed by Star Dry Clearning and Studer Dry Cleaning. She was a member of Holy Angels parish and Altar Society and had been a resident of Empire Apartments before entering the nursing home in 1981.

Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Arnold (Mildred) Gates, Indianapolis, Indiana; Mrs. Clarence (Etheldreda) Beumer, St. Augusta; Mrs. Lawrence (Bernice) Schefers, Waite Park; sister, LaVena Baier, Springfield, Illinois; eight grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1919, daughter and son, Elvera and Jerome, two brothers and four sisters.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Eugene, Floyd, Claude and Delbert Beumer, James Behrenbrinker and Gerald Pfannenstein.

Mary was born February 14, 1891 in Minnesota to parents August Brick (France) and Katherine (Illinois). Her husband John Raden has died. Her occupation was Employee, Studer Dry Cleaning. She died March 24, 1985 at the Waite Park Nursing Home in Waite Park, Minnesota and was buried at Calvary Cemetery in St. Cloud. Information was by Mrs. Ardell wilkes of Waite Park.
