Larry was a son of Alden Howard Adams & Calla Bell Hayden.

He was married 1st on 1 Jan 1944 at Newport, Penobscot County, Maine by John W. Reynolds, clergyman, to Mary Emily Ryan.

They divorced and he was married 2nd on 10 Oct 1951 at Jonesport, Washington County, Maine by Millard Gray, Minister of the Gospel, to Avis Louise Groves.

Larry & Avis had 4 daughters: Calla Belle; Nancy Lee; Mary Jane; and Grace Marie.
