DIES THURSDAY AT 80

Warren Lee Davis, Former Elk County Treasurer, Passes Here

Warren Lee Davis, 80, of 421 North Edwards, Elk county treasurer from 1927-1931 and for seven years associated with the Western Tank and Road supply company here, died in a local hospital yesterday evening. Born March 5, 1864, near Ruma, Ill., he came here from Longton, Kan., in 1932. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen.

Surviving are a daughter, Edna Elizabeth, at home; two sons, Perry Lee, Adams City, Colo., and Hiram S., Wayne, Pa.; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Miller, Murphysboro, Ill., Mrs. E. L. Henderson, San Fernando, Cal., and Mrs. James Nicholson, Prairie du Rocher, Ill., and one grandson.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Culbertson mortuary. Interment will be in Wichita Park cemetery.
