Retired Engineer's Rites to Be Held Monday Morning

Funeral services. for Daniel D. Blazier, 82, of 119 N. Clarence, a retired engineer for Wichita Water Co., will be held at 10 a. m. Monday at Culbertson. Mortuary. He had resided in Wichita since 1906.

The Rev. Lela Gordon and the Rev. Norman Huff, associate pastors of University Friends Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Wichita Park Cemetery.

Mr. Blazier died at Wesley Hospital Thursday night following a brief illness. He was a member of University Friends Church.

He came here from Ellsworth, Kan.

Mr. Blazier was preceded in death by a son, Jacob D. Blazier.

Survivors include his wife, Leota; two daughters, Miss Harriet Blazier, of the home, and Miss Velma Blazier, Duluth, Minn.; and two grandchildren.
