Andrew Broeckel, 76, a retired Calumet County farmer, died today in Sheboygan County Hospital. Ailing for three year, Mr. Broeckel had been at the hospital 3 ½ months.
A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Anton Broeckel, he was born in the Town of Brothertown, Nov 11, 1889. He farmed in the Charlesburg area until retiring 10 years ago.
Mr. Broeckel, who was unmarried, is survived by two sisters, Mrs. William Burg, Charlesburg, and Mrs. Michael Mueller, Chilton.
The Requiem Mass will be Saturday in St. Charles Catholic Church, Charlesburg, with the Rev. Francis Melchiors, pastor, celebrant.
