Vincent S Landin Sr.,88, a resident of Horton Kansas for many years, died Saturday in a Horton hospital. Mr Landin was a native of Leon, Mexico,and a retired machinist for the Rock Island Railroad.Son of Carlos & Sarapia (Solano)Landin.
He was a member of St. Leo's Catholic Church of Horton Ks.
Mr landin is survived by a son, Vincent Landin Jr., Horton, Ks.,a daughter, Mrs. Francis (Pochita)Cortez, Horton, Ks., a sister, Mrs. Albina Hernandez, St. Joseph; seven grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be Monday at 10 at St. Leo's Church and burial will be in St. Leo's cemetery. The rosary will be recited tonight at 8 in the Chaney Chapel of Horton.
