Michael J. Steenson, 52, formerly of Decatur passed away Dec. 11, 2009, at a hospital in Jacksonville, Fla., after an extended illness.
He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Steenson, and one brother, Patrick Steenson.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Steenson, and his mother, Marie Lanier Steenson.
Michael was cremated and will be interred at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
