Mrs. Woolfolk was a Gulfcrest, Ala., native residing in Citronelle. She had worked for many years as a nurse for Citronelle High School as well as for various local doctors.
She was a member of Citronelle Church of God.
Survivors include two sons, Robert F. Lee of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and Donald V. Lee Sr. of Citronelle; five daughters, Joan L. Byrd of Georgetown, Ala., Helen L. Lambert of Navarre, Fla., Dorothy L. Carpenter of Marianna, Fla., Linda L. Burke and Glenda L. Mullins, both of Monroe, La.; one sister, Juanita Bailey Denmark of Citronelle; 71 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Freeman Funeral Home in Citronelle, where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday. Interment will be in Methodist Cemetery in Citronelle. Memorials may be made to Citronelle Methodist Cemetery, P.O. Box 125, Citronelle, AL 36522; of Citronelle Church of God, 8095 Williams St., Citronelle, AL 36522.
