Theodore Clevenger, 70, Russell Springs, died Sunday, January 16, 2000 at the Russell County Hospital. He was born March 5, 1929 in Rushville, Indiana to Agnes McDonald who survives and the late Theodore Martin Clevenger. He was a retired naval veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife Elnora (Moore)Clevenger. Besides his mother, he is survived by two sons, Shawn Powers Clevenger of Tucson, Arizona and Theodore Paul Clevenger, Phoenix, Arizona; one brother, Richard Hinshaw, Columbus, Indiana; and one grandchild. Funeral services were held Thursday, January 20, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Buford Blair and Bro. Jeff York officiating. Burial was in the Mill Springs National Cemetery in Nancy, Kentucky. Bernard Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He was married to Elnora (Moore) Clevenger in Marion County, Indiana on 4-5-1970.
