SHULTZ, Abbie Gail Akers Age, 82, of Prestonsburg, died Saturday, December 23, 2000, at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg. Born June 12, 1918, at Blue Moon, she was a daughter of the late Webster and Ida Hamilton Akers. She was a homemaker and member of the Lancer Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Shultz. She is survived by three sisters, Liza Jane Kidd of Pikeville, Nancy Leedy of Hi Hat and Nellie Martin of Marion, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were Tuesday, December 26, at Hall Funeral Home Chapel, with Bennie Blankenship officiating. Burial followed in Davidson Memorial Gardens at Ivel. Pallbearers were Craig Akers, Keith Akers, Eugene Akers, Jody Akers and Bretton Akers. (FCT'S)
