Wiliam C Hackley moved to Graham as a young man from Jack County, Texas. He was an electrician for Heath Electric. In 1931, Mr. Hackley was Chief Engineer at Graham Ice Plant.
Survived by his wife; two daughters - Mrs. Willene Cole and Mrs. Francis Mendolia; two sons - John Hackley and W.C. Hackley, Jr; two brothers - John K Hackley and Pete Hackley; three sisters - Mrs. Ellis Bentley, Mrs. G.I. Forrester, Mrs. Bill Savage; seven grandchildren.
