Shane was a lover of music and a gifted writer. He taught himself to play several instruments, most notably the piano.
Shane is survived by his parents, Isabelle Armstrong of Nageezi and Larry Dan of Fruitland; sister, Shannon Armstrong; and grandmother, Marie Armstrong.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, March 19, at the Christian Worship Center, with the Rev. Chester R. Dean officiating.
Interment will be at the Brethren in Christ Cemetery.
Donations in Shane Armstrong's memory are being accepted by Citizen's Bank.
