Mrs. Susie P. Archer
KENTON, June 18 - In failing health for two years and seriously ill for three months, Mrs. Susie P. Archer, 72, of 304 W. Franklin-st, died in San Antonio hospital. She had been a patient there for seven weeks.
Born July 31, 1874, in Dayton, she lived here since her marriage to Charles Archer in 1891. Her husband died in 1938.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Nick L. Ommert, Kenton, Mrs. Alva Gossard, Alger, and Mrs. Frank Oates, Pleasant-tp; a son, Everett Archer, Columbus; two sisters, Mrs. Jacob Norviet and Mrs. Homer Norviel, both of Logan-co; a brother, John Puterbaugh, Lima; 22 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Schindewolf funeral home is in charge of services which will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with Rev. W. L. Brown officiating. The body will remain at the funeral home until time for services and burial will be in Preston Cemetery.
