Jean is my great, grandmother, who married James Gilruth 02 Aug 1853, Blairgowrie, Perth, Scotland. They are the parents of my grandfather Robert Gilruth.
Some documents have her name as Jane, but I believe it is Jean because her son Robert named one of his children Jean Alyth Gilruth.
Do not know when or where she died, or the names of her parents. But she had to have died before 1896 because when her husband James died he was listed as a widower.
