Funeral services for Wilburn L Hayes were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25 in the Montgomery Viets Chapel with the Rev. Eugene Smith officiating.  Burial followed in Macedonia Cemetery under direction of Montgomery Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo.

Wilburn Lee Hayes, 53, of Buffalo died at 5:06 p.m. Saturday at the Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, following an apparent heart attack at his home.  He was a farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Janice, two daughters, Brenda Oliver of Springdale, Ark. and Lisa Snow of Lee's Summit; one son, Gary of the home, his mother, Opal Hayes of Buffalo, two brothers, John and David, both of Freeman; and one sister, Gloria Basham of Camdenton and three grandchildren.
