Jennie Larson was born the sixth of nine children of Christen Larson of Norway and Cleantha Johnson of Wisconsin.
The six youngest siblings, all of Wisconsin, were: Hannah Larson (March 1886 - ); Dewey Larson; Jennie (Larson) Rose; Lily M. Larson; Thomas Larson (August 1895 - ); and Arnold G. Larson. She passed into eternal rest at 94 years of age.

Another "Jennie" born 1892 in Wisconsin to father Christ Larson of Norway exists, but her mother is Anna Jacobson; not Cleantha Johnson. Correct parents: Christen Larson (August 1857, Norway - ) and Cleantha (Johnson) Larson (February 1857, Wisconsin - )
