Bobbie Jean Dillon died Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at Heritage House Nursing Home. She was 72.

Mrs. Dillon was born in Pattison and had lived in Vicksburg for a number of years. She was a retired cashier for Waring Oil Co. She was a member of Berachah Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Connie Montgomery of Vicksburg, Doris Mae Kester of Benson, N.C., and Melaine O'Field of Rogers, Ark.; two sisters, Margaret Mitchell of Utica and Hazel Hanner of Metairie, La.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Glenwood Funeral Home in Vicksburg with Roger Cresswell officiating. Burial will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Wintergreen Cemetery in Port Gibson. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Britt Mitchell, Mark Mitchell, Mike Mitchell, Nicolas Mitchell, Allan Wilhite and Adrian White.
