Dorothy Jean Glazebrook Mattingly, 65, died June 5, 2000, at her residence. A native of Lebanon, Mattingly was a member of St. Athanasius Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by: her mother, Lena Mouser Glazebrook; father, Ebb Glazebrook; three brothers, Joe, Ebbie, Jr., and Raymond Glazebrook; and a sister, Phobia. Survivors include: her husband, William H. Mattingly; three sons, David W., Marc D. and Darren J. Mattingly; two daughters, Cheryl D. Quiros and Lynn M. Hand; a sister, Sara Willett; and two brothers, Charles and Morris A. Glazebrook. Funeral services were held June 8, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers were Joseph Mattingly, Jerry, Stephen and Bobby McCauley and Eric and Morris Glazebrook, Jr. Ratterman's Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
