Loring A. Keithan
Loring A. Keithan, 84, of 553 Iroquois Ave., died Friday afternoon at the Marshall Manor after a long illness.
He was born in Illinois, and moved to the Marshall area in 1960. He farmed in Eckford Township until his retirement in 1967, when he moved to Battle Creek.
Surviving are his widow, the former Anna L. Hardwick; a daughter, Mrs. Robert M. (Eleanor L.) Chapman of Battle Creek; a grandson; four brothers, Carl, Louie and Harry Keithan, all of Marshall, and Roy of Battle Creek; sisters, Mrs. William (Blanche) Weers of Battle Creek and Mrs. James (Minnie) Sheldon of Seffner, Fla.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Court-Putnam Funeral Home in Marshall.

KEITHAN, LORING A. Friends may call after 12 noon on Sunday at the Court-Putnam Funeral Home in Marshall, where funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday with the Rev. Raymond L. Tillson of the East Eckford Church officiating. Interment will follow the West Eckford Cemetery.
