He served in the U.S. Army, and was retired from Lufkin Telephone Exchange. He was a member of the Parkway Baptist Church in Lufkin, Texas.
Funeral will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 2pm inthe Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel in San Augustine.
Burial will follow in the Myrtle Springs Cemetery in Geneva, Texas.
His survivors include, sons, Anson Brewer, Gary Brewer, Wesley Glenn Brewer, daughter, Brenda Goss, sisters, Bonnie Berry, Carol Davis, Elizabeth (Liz) Ware and Shirley Cole.
