Mr. Brantley was born in Youngstown on Oct. 5, 1965, a son of Arthur L. Sr. and Joanne Talley Brantley.
He was a self-employed bricklayer. He was a member of the Bethel Church of God in Christ.
He leaves his children, Arthur L. Brantley III, Alfonso Davis and Markie E. Howell, all of Youngstown; his companion, Charlotte Bell of Youngstown; three sisters, Judy Talley of Florence, Ky., Irene (Anthony) Bethel of Youngstown and Betty (Jerry) Berger of Gretna, Va.; step sibling, Debra (Anthony), James (Kimmie), Jerome, Camille, Leon (Vern), Leonard, Theresa (James), Norman, Trinina, Emmett, Duval, Dashone and Keith; and two grandchildren, Tim and Wally.
His parent and a brother, Joseph Talley, preceded him in death.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
