Mrs. Eliza Josephine Wright, 68, died at the home of her daughter. She moved to Arkansas in 1954. She was born in Miller Bend Community of Young County, Texas. Her parents were early day pioneers of Young County.
Eliza Josephine Ratcliff married John Wesley Wright in 1905. The couple were residents of Miller Bend Community and Murray Community for many years. Mrs. Wright was a member of Medlan's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church.
Survived by one son - C.W. Wright; two daughters - Mrs. Lorretta Shifflett and Mrs. Sylvia Moore; two brothers - Gip Ratliff and Jim Ratliff; one sister - Mrs. Tina Kirk; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
