"Lawrence - Mrs. Anna B. Lawrence of Washington, D.C., died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Q. Dier, 2881 Raleigh street, Denver, on Wednesday, Nov. 25. Mrs. Dier accompanied the remains to Washington, D.C., where deceased was buried in Arlington National cemetery. John Q. Dier accompanied his wife as far as Chicago. Mrs. Lawrence was born in Washington and lived there practically her whole life. She had been failing in health for several years and came to Denver, Nov. 13, to visit. Her husband, who died six years ago, was a prominent business man in Washington. Besides Mrs. Dier, there are three other daughters surviving her: Mrs. Louise L. Cummings of Massachusetts, Mrs. Charles D. Test of Riverside, Calif., and Mrs. I. Jones of Washington."
