Sometime before 1817 "John" married Agnes "Nancy", McDonald. Nancy was born in 1792 and died in 1860.
Between 1817 and 1838 John and Nancy had nine children: Mariah, Ruth Ann, Josiah, Sarah, Elizabeth, Susannah, Nancy, John Jr., and George Martin.
