16yr. 3mo. old daughter of John Langbourne and Maria Ward Skelton Williams, of 609 E. Leigh St. in Richmond. She was "bathing" with her cousin, Susie Eleanor Williams Gibson at Old Point when Charlotte went in over her head. Susie went out to try to save her, and both were drowned. They were given joint funerals at St. James Episcopal Church in Richmond. Susie was buried at Shockoe Cemetery in the family plot.
