For your consideration, Cecil's headstone lists 1884 as birth year. However, in the 1900 Federal census for Elm Grove, Payne, OK in his parents' household, he is a 13 year old son with a birth date of May 1887. In Cecil's US WWI Draft Registration Card, he is also listed with birth date of 19 May 1887. (I do realize that later in his WWII Draft Registration Card his birth year is listed as 1884.) Thanks.
