Helen M. (Roy) Deraleau , 90, of 333 Mass Ave., a retired employee for Wesson Women's Hospital, died Thursday in a local nursing home. Born in Chicopee, she was a longtime resident of this city. She was a communicant of St. Thomas Church. Her husband, George E. Deraleau , died in 1966. She leaves three sons, Richard G. of York, Penn., A. Robert of West Springfield, and Edward T. of Springfield; three daughters, Claire Tatro of West Springfield, Helen C. Ensign of Hookset, N.H., and Agnes R. Wiechec with whom she lived; three sisters, Agnes T. Roy of West Springfield, Lillian B. Kress of Indian Orchard, and Florence O. Roy of Springfield; 24 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. The funeral will be Monday morning in the Toomey-O'Brien Funeral Home, and in the church, with burial in St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday morning prior to the funeral. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Thomas Womens Club Scholorship Fund, 47 Pine St., West Springfield 01089.
