b. 28 Dec 1801, NY (probably Harpersfield; d. 1858 (between Mar and Apr), Utica, Livingston, MO; m. 28 Dec 1826, Ashtabula Co., OH to Lucy M. Hoskins (b. 31 Aug 1807, NY; d. 26 Jun 1852, Utica, Livingston, MO). John, whose middle name may have been Andrews, was known to have been buried in Utica Cemetery - a special thanks to Cookie for going through the cemetery to try to find his gravemarker - apparently, the family didn't have one placed at his grave.

I, Cyrus McDonald administrator of the Est. of John A. Burget deceased do solemnly swear that Henry Burget, Milbury Burget, and Ira Burget are, or were, residents of the State of California when last heard from; and John Burget and Amy Moore and Harriet Burget and David Burget are residents of Livingston Co., MO; and that they are all the heirs at law of John A. Burget deceased; and further that I will make a perfect inventory of the Estate of said deceased and faithfully administer said estate and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law directs; and further that said John A. Burget died without making a will.
