Obituary- 2 March 1961 Mrs. Jennie Belcher Tabor, 77 of 110 E. Chapel St. died Thursday afternoon at Oneida City Hospital after being in poor health for the past few years. She was born Nov. 29, 1883 at Higginsville, the daughter of J. Willett and Lillian West Belcher. She married Clair Tabor in 1937. She was a member of the Canastota Methodist Church, Canastota WCTU, Womens relief Corps, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Sherrill Legion Auxiliary. Surviving besides her widower are seven sons, Francis and Clinton Relyea both of Canastota, Clyde F. Relyea of Camden, Charles Relyea of Munnsville, Theodore Relyea of Sherrill, Lester Relyea of Canastota, Richard Relyea of Shreveport, La.; three daughters, Mrs. James S. Caldwell of Canastota, Mrs. Charles Osborne of Oneida, Mrs. Thomas Kelly of Oneida; one brother, Chester Marshall of Rochester; two sisters, Mrs. John Blair of Oneida and Mrs. William Simonson of Vernon; 41 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held in the Canastota Methodist Church Sunday with Rev. George W. Dolch, pastor, officiating. Burial was in Lenox Rural Cemetery.
