Obituary:
GIBSON, FRANCES (FRANKIE) GOLDSTON, 69, Harriman, formerly of Oakdale, died Sunday, April 13, 1997 in her home. She was a member of Harriman Baptist Tabernacle.

She was preceded in death by two husbands John D. Goldston and Oscar V. Gibson.

She is survived by three sons and their wives Ronald and Sandra Goldston of Crossville, Larry and Marlene Goldston of Oakdale and Rev. Johnny and Sandy Goldston also of Crossville; one daughter and her husband Donna and Rev. Mike Nelson of Sevierville; 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; two brothers Charles Monhollen of Michigan and Olan Lee Monhollen of Kentucky; two sisters Cora Trosper of Kentucky and Lillian Bingham of Ohio; and special friends Benny and Bernice Catron.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 15, 1997 at 1p.m.in the chapel of Davis Funeral Home with Rev. Will Gouge and Rev. Carl Johnson, Jr., officiating.
Interment followed in the Crab Orchard Cemetery, Oakdale.

The family received friends Monday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. in Davis Funeral Home, Harriman.(The Morgan County News, April 17, 1997; Vol. 80, Number 15)
