Mr. John Burrell, the aged father of Mr. W.H. Burrell, the local livery man, died at an early hour Thursday after a brief illness. Mr. Burrell was one of the better known farmers of Eden Township and had lived there the most of his life. He was born in 1838 in Highwater, Licking County OH, the son of Charles and Susan (McCown) Burrell.
There remains the widow and several children.
