"Fatal Affray - A few evenings ago, at Hollidaysburg, Pa., an affray occurred which resulted in the stabbing and subsequent death of Mr. David Hewitt. Henry R. (sic) Neff, a young lawyer, who is said to have acted in self-defense, surrendered himself to answer the charge of inflicting the wound. The parties are said to have been cousins, and both much respected."
