In Memoriam.

Died, at "Forrest Home," Bossier Parish, la., on the 19th June, 1879, AGNES LOU [sic] ADGER.

This darling and lovely girl was a most devoted daughter, affectionate sister, a steadfast friend, and an humble Christian. Gentle, amiable and obedient from childhood "Babe" won the love of all. Highly gifted with rare mental and moral endowments, she received a thorough, refined, religious training, which gave solidity and shape to her rare natural abilities. She bore her last illness with patient submission to God's will, and died in earnest hope of a blessed immortality. "Many daughter's have done virtuously but thou excellest them all."
"Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God."
