The funeral of the late Mrs. A. M. Torbert was held on Saturday afternoon last at three
o'clock. Rev. Charles Hill of the Elkton M. E. Church officiated. The interment was made in the Elkton Cemetery. The pall-bearers were Hon. J. A. J. Creswell, Wm. J. Jones, John Perkins, Joseph Wells, Edmund Brown and James Merrey.
