Interment followed in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Oak Grove, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home of Oak Grove.
Mrs. Vera Herrington was born on July 30, 1920 in Arkadelphia, AR and passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2009 at West Carroll Memorial Hospital in Oak Grove, LA.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Herrington; son T.W. "Bill" Herrington, Jr.; parents, John Sr. and Emma Green; brothers, Eddie Green, Marvin Green, and Cleo Green; sisters, Jean Corley and Mattie Points, and daughter-in-law, Maria Herrington.
