He is preceded in death by his wife Vida Mae Green; daughter, Dorothy Green Bandi; parents, John Ellis Green and Emma Louise Green; four sisters, Mattie Points, Margie Sims, Vera Herrington, Jean Corley; four brothers, John Green, Cleo Franklin Green, William Edward Green, Marvin Green.

Green of Oak Grove, Louisiana; son, Thomas A. Green of Baytown, Texas; six grandchildren, Charles Danny Bennett of Wilmington, Ohio, Jason Bennett of Calhoun, Louisiana, Jonathan Bandi of Brunswick Hills, Ohio, Jennifer Pogue of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Robin Bandi of Cleveland, Ohio, Bobby Nash of Slidell, Louisiana; five great-grandchildren, Grace Bennett of Wilmington, Ohio, Haley Bennett of Calhoun, Louisiana, David Bennett of Calhoun, Louisiana, Logan Bandi of Brunswick Hills, Ohio, Naomi Pogue of Fredericksburg, Virginia; sister, Virginia Fambrough of Kansas City, Missouri; numerous nieces and nephews.
