2004 June - research, we are not sure of our theory on Sarah Pritchartt. We know sister Cora moved to Richmond VA to work for war Dept and sell confederate bonds. The father died in 1860 in Philidelphia. His reason for being in Philidelphia is unknown, but may have been with the RR. Their mother is found living in Fairfax VA. Do not understand why Cora at young age of 19, went to Richmond, and Sarah we do not know what happened to her as she is not with mother in 1860 census in Fairfax. Per Bible entree, Sarah J Pritchartt died in Richomnd Va November 1863.

Williams Family Papers 1801 - 1889 references letters written during Civil was by Sara Pritchart referencing a John William Green and Lucy Williams Lovell. Lucy Lovell was born in Woodstock Virginia in 1834. It is not clear what the relationship is as of this writing. Letters also reference a Holmes Conrad 1840 - 1915 and Mary Eleanor Magruder Conrad
Many of the letters involve her sister Cora, and fiancee James Harrison Williams, plus probably other relationships her flousishing during time of War. Still putting pieces together.
Sara Pritchartt's death may have been related to the Civil war at that time. Sara would have been just a young girl of 16 or 17, when the Civil War started and directly on their land. They perhaps fled the area to relative in Richmond, or else wounded and carried there to a hospital.
