MORGAN W. CARBAUGH, of Memphis, retired Navy officer, died Wednesday at Memphis Veterans Medical Center. Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Raleigh Baptist Church, where he was a member. He was also a member of Raleigh Bridge Players, a Mason and a World War II veteran. Mr. Carbaugh, the husband of Mary Virginia Boon Carbaugh, also leaves four daughters, Margaret Carbaugh King of Memphis, Martha Billingsley of Atlanta, Mary Montgomery of Stratford, Conn., and Barbara Ann Hobbs of Orlando, Fla.; three brothers, Edgar Carbaugh of Arapahoe, Neb., James Carbaugh of Cozad, Neb., and Jesse Carbaugh of Elwood, Neb., nine grandchildren and a great-grandson.
