Albert Franklin Cornett, 75, of Rt. 5, Huntsville, died Oct. 21, 1986 at the Huntsville Memorial Hospital. He was born Oct. 18, 1911 at Venus, Ark., the son of Sam and Rosetta Pruit Cornett. He was a farmer and a Christian.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Dalphia Bowman Cornett of the home; seven sons, Clayton Cornett of Siloam Springs, Ark., Carmon Cornett of Okanogan, Wash., Clint Cornett of Prairie Grove, Ark., Kenneth Cornett, Gary Cornett and Jimmy Cornett, all of Huntsville, and Keith Cornett of Harrison; five daughters, Mrs. Freeda Frisby of Lowell, Ark., Mrs. Thelma Hill of Springdale, Ark., Mrs. Stella Harp and Mrs. Linda Sparks, both of Huntsville, and Mrs. Robin Umland of Eagle Rock, Mo.; one brother, Plese Cornett of Huntsville; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Reynolds of Modesto, Calif., and Mrs. Mattie Parson of Huntsville; 24 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held a 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24 in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with the Rev. Roy I. Cain and the Rev. Maurice Steele officiating. Interment will be in the Venus Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
