Sidney Krueger, 73, lifelong resident of the Greeley community for many years, passed away Saturday evening at the Delaware county home near Delhi.
Services for Mr. Krueger are being held today (Monday) at 2 p.m. at the Page cemetery at Colesburg with burial in the family lot there. The Shelly funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
Sidney, son of Jerry and Eva Barker Krueger, was born May 7, 1898 at Colesburg. He came with his parents at an early age to the Greeley community where he received his education. Following his schooling he did farm work and general labor in the community. The past 22 years he has been a resident at the Delaware county home.
He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Beulah Ham of Earlville, one brother, Lawrence Krueger of Greeley, and nieces, nephews and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
