Funeral services for Frank Von Phul, 88 years old, who died November 9, 1922, at New Orleans where he had lived since the 50's , were held yesterday in a chapel at 4222 Olive street.
Von Phul was a son of Henry Von Phul, a leading figure in early commercial St. Louis and was a member of the staff of General Frost of St. Louis during the Civil War.
A brother, Phillip Von Phul and a sister, Mrs. William Cook, and a number of other relatives live here. He was a bachelor."
