Except for a period of 10 years she lived her entire life in the Ong Community.
On Feb. 18, 1920 she was united in marriage to Sam S. Hayes. To this union were born two children, Genoa and Manley.
Annie was an active participant in the Woman's Society of the Ong Methodist Church and a faithful neighbor and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, and her sister, Hulda Nelson.
She is survived by her husband; her two children, Mrs. Genoa Barnes of Coachella, Calif., and Manley of Marysville, Calif.; five grandchildren; one brother, Edwin Anderson of Ong; a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives.
