Surviving are his wife, one daughter, Betty Utterback, two step-sons, Robert Tinsley and James Murray, one brother Jess Merrill, and two sisters,Mrs. Ida Thompson, Mrs. Flossie Masters.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Benway, and three infant Sons. Reece Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
