Kenneth Harold Crowther, son of Arthur and Marie Rittger Crowther, was born 13 May 1926 At Roxbury Kansas, and departed thus life 11 August 1985 at his home at the age of 59 years 2 months 29 days. Kenny was a member of the Roxbury United Presbyterian Church. He graduated from Roxbury High School in 1944 and served in the Air Force during World War II. He was a member of the Anderson-Burch American Legion Post 234. 3 September 1946, he was united in marriage to Fern Anderson at the Bethany Lutheran Church in Lindsborg. Kenny was a life long resident of the Roxbury community and was devoted to farming. He had a wide circle of friends and enjoyed the hours he spent visiting with them. Wood working was one of the hobbies he was well known for and he will be remembered for the many miniature park benches he shared with his little friends. He became an avid rodeo Fan and especially enjoyed the young people who followed the rodeo circuit. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife; four sons; three daughters-in-law; four grandchildren; four sisters and one brother, many other relatives and friends.
