Their children are: Marsena, Theodore, Edward B., and Emma. John and Sarah (Shankwater) Jacoby, parents of George W., were born in Pennsylvania, the former came to Fulton County in 1850; and died in 1855. Samuel and Elizabeth (Blair) Monroe, parents of Mrs. Jacoby, were born, the former in Virginia, the latter in Pennsylvania. G. W. Jacoby settled in Fulton County in 1865. Post-office, Delta.
