LEROY--Logan C. Fry died at 5:30am Thursday at his home, four and one-half miles south of Arrowsmith, at the age of 72 years. He had been ill two years.
The funeral will be held at the residence at 2pm Saturday, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, LeRoy.
Mr. Fry was the only son of Thomas and Sarah Fry, early McLean County settlers. He was born in Arrowsmith township, March 11, 1859. He was married to Miss Anna Wirt of Ellsworth April 4, 1886.
The widow and seven children survive. The children are: Ernest T. Fry of McLean, Mrs. William D. Fricke of LeRoy, Cassius and Ivan W. Fry of Bloomington, Mrs. Clarence E. Gilmore, Arthur S. and Merle Fry of Arrowsmith. There are also 25 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Four sisters preceded Mr. Fry in death.
