Sarah Louise "Lugie" (DEARDORFF) Huston is the daughter of Henry Clay Deardorff and Sidney Samantha (Fairchild) Deardorff, who are buried in the Deardorff Cemetery near Jerico Springs, Cedar County, Missouri.

BIOGRAPHY: According to family stories she and Ralph's wife, Daisy, raised kids, chickens, and vegetables while Edward and Ralph were off clearing much of what is now Corpus Christi and Robstown. She said the men would go off during the week and the only living things they saw were rattlesnakes and Pancho Villa and his men riding through the area. She is identified as Lulu Louise in some census records.
