Obituary from the Aug. 15, 1909 Sunday Evening Edition of The Washington Times:

"LEE--On Friday, August 13, 1909, at 1:25 o'clock P.M., at the residence of her parents. ANNA BELL LEE, the beloved and youngest daughter of Samuel and Julia A. Lee.

Funeral from her parents residence, 809 Four-and-a-Half street southwest, on Tuesday, August 17, 1909, at 2:30 o'clock P.M., thence to Fifth Baptist Church, E street between Sixth and Seventh streets, southwest. Friends and relatives invited. Internment at Congressional Cemetery."

(Note: Found in the 1900 census, shown as being born in Sept. 1879, and listed as a printer's assistant.. Her father, Samuel, was born May 1847 in the District of Columbia, and was listed as a grocer; her mother, Julia A., was born in New York in Sept. 1857; brother, Robert E.--b. Aug. 1871 was a grocery clerk; sister, Nora E.--b. Sept. 1875 was a milliner; sister, Ader M.--b. July 1876 was a printer's assistant; sister, Rosina M.--b. May 1879; and brother, Clarence F.--b. Sept. 1894.)
