DOLA - Adam Conley, 86, of here, died 7 a.m. Saturday in the Hardin County Home, where he had been a resident for one year.
Born in Floyd County, Ky., May 10, 1887, he was a son of the late John and Nancy Bailey Conley.
Surviving are four sons, James of Rt. 5, Kenton, John of Eldon, Leck of belding, Mich., Ben of Leota, Ind.; four daughters, Mrs. Poplee Foltz of 1033 1/2 E. High, Lima, Mrs. Ollie Spencer of 706 Rosedale Dr., Lima, Mrs. Meddie Etinger of Freemont, Ind., Mrs. Nancy Fender of Edgerton; a stepson, Samuel Howard of Williamstown; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Goldie Ferkins of Dola; two brothers; three sisters; 28 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and 6 step-grandchildren.
Services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Hanson Funeral Home, Ada, with Rev. Willard Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
